Who Loves/Hates the USA
John McCann: Whatever one thinks about the Vietnam War. A decorated Naval fighter pilot; a shot down, wounded, captured, prisoner of war, who was mercilessly tortured refused to be released before men held longer than he. A true American hero. John McCann truly loved the United States of America. Donald Trump on the other hand; with his bone spur, hated, hates John McCann. However, Donald Trump has nothing but praise and admiration for the way the authoritarian Russian leader Vladimir Putin rules Russia. With an iron fist he does not permit the mildest protest or dissent. Donald Trump aspires to have Putin level of authority. Vladimir Putin hates the United States of America.
Mike Pence: A man with whom I disagree on almost all his positions, truly loves this country. Donald Trump personally picked this man as his Vice President. Now Donald Trump hates Mike Pence. “Hang Mike Pence”. Donald Trump has claimed that he exchanged “love letters” with the North Korean despot Kim Jung Un. Donald Trump has great respect for Kim and the power he wields. Kim hates our country.
John Kelly: The General who Donald Trump choose to be his Chief of Staff. He devoted his life to serving this country in the military. While at Arlington National Cemetery where Kelly’s son, who lost his life serving his country in Afghanistan is buried, Trump’s comment was, “I don’t get it, what was in it for him.” John Kelly loves this country. Now Donald Trump hates him. Donald Trump believes that Xi Jinping is a great leader. Xi does not allow for dissent. Xi would never allow an opposing party have any kind of authority. Anybody who would disagree with Xi just seems to disappear. This is the power that Trump craves. Trump has nothing but praise for this dictator. Xi Jinping, the leader of China, hates this country.
Jim Mattis: A General in the Marines. Donald Trump chose him to be the Secretary of Defense. Trump was enamored by people referring to Mattis as “Mad-dog”. Another person who dedicated his life to the service of this country. Trump though, has said of members of the military, “They are suckers”. Jim Mattis is not a sucker, he loves the United States of America. Donald Trump now hates Jim Mattis. However, Donald Trump says that Victor Orban, the tyrant who leads Hungary, is a great leader because he controls his nation so effectively. That is: no freedom of speech, no freedom of the press, no freedom of religion, no dissent of any kind. Victor Orban hates this country.
Mark Milley: A recent Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Loves this Country. Donald Trump says that he should be executed.
The question to ask the MAGA base, “Do you love the United States of America, or do you love Donald Trump, the man who hates many of our military and political leaders? Those leaders have dedicated their lives to, and truly love the United States of America? They should realize that they cannot do both.
